Municipal elections are November 13th, 2006. Please take few moments to read my interests in serving the residents of Ward 43 and the City of Toronto. I, along with my wife and 3 children are residents of Ward 43 for the past 12 years and have lived in the City for over 35 years. I have an outstanding record of community service to the City, to the Province of Ontario and to Canada. A Fair Share for Scarborough We need to improve TTC services in Scarborough, improve the learning environment for children and youth. A fair share of resources for Scarborough will help create more green space in Ward 43 and build more recreational facilities that are accessible and affordable for the community.
As a member of the Advisory Council of the Toronto Police Chief since 2003, I fully understand that we all have a role to play in ensuring the safety of our community. I support community policing that is results-oriented community based system which relies on the cooperation of police officers, volunteers and community members. I will work towards more effective relationship between Police and City Hall. I believe in providing the community with the tools needed to take a leadership role in reducing crime in our community.
